Feedback gevenI wouldn't recommend going to this restaurant unless you're prepared for a long wait. They seem to prioritize the dining area upstairs, which is frustrating. I ordered takeout and waited for 10 minutes just for a chicken sandwich, fries, and a drink. I even saw other orders being fulfilled before mine. Additionally, the parking lot is poorly managed; it often gets congested, causing people to drive on the wrong side of the road and creating a chaotic situation. The food quality is also lacking compared to other CFA locations—the fries were cold, and my order was incorrect. I hope the new manager can improve things here.
I’m really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. It seems like there’s always an issue with my orders. I hate having to go back just to get things fixed. Tonight, I ordered the spicy deluxe without tomatoes and specifically asked for extra pickles, but instead, I received extra tomatoes and only a few pickles. The last time I ordered, there were no pickles at all, and once again, I ended up with extra tomatoes. I’ve also been charged extra without receiving what I ordered. It’s incredibly frustrating to not be able to enjoy my meals, especially when I’m paying for the additional items. This isn’t the level of service I expect from Chick-fil-A.
We were confused and sought an explanation, considering we were already outside. One of the employees explained that the policy was for the comfort of customers who have allergies. When we mentioned that our dog was a support animal, she dismissed us, saying, "Well, I don't see any documentation." She continued to apologize, but we were too frustrated and upset to continue the conversation. In summary, if you have a well-behaved dog that you want to bring to an outdoor terrace, this place is not the right choice.
Most of my Cob salad was bad, I don't like to give bad reviews for someone, places or restaurants, but they need to improve it!
Wow, what a difference a good manager makes. Now that new management has taken over, it takes forever to get through the drive through even when its not super busy. The organization here is pretty terrible. Be prepared to wait anywhere from15-30 minutes just to get your order via drive through. How disappointing.
