Feedback gevenEvery single time I have entered that establishment, I am given side eyes, never smiles. I feel rushed and un-welcomed as my order is being taken. And on October 30, 2018, i found a ruler length piece of hair in my chocolate chip cookie, and when I took it back with my receipt in hand, the first reaction I received was that I was lying. I come to them at least 4 times a week because I work in the area. and I always get cookies, 6 or more. They need to work on their safety and cross contamination because it is real in that store honey. Be careful, WATCH THEM THOROUGHLY!
What happened between me and an employee isn’t as critical as the overall takeaway: this establishment isn't focused on providing a positive experience for customers. It seems that since they are the only Subway in Olney, they feel entitled to neglect their service without consequence. If a staff member tells you that they refuse to make your sandwich the way you requested, it’s a clear indication that they’re not invested in your satisfaction. If you’ve experienced poor service here, I suggest you avoid this place for at least 30 days. I'm confident that either the service will improve or a new franchise owner will take over. Consider this a challenge.
The staff had difficulty understanding English, but I still enjoyed my meal.
This is my favorite hidden gem of a restaurant. The staff is always so friendly.
The restaurant is clean and serves breakfast all day. It's a nice spot, and the sandwich I had was excellent!
