Fortune (hongkong) Seafood - Olongapo

Incredible Hong Kong-style cuisine prepared by Filipinos who truly understand the concept and their craft. Just a heads up, the wait for the bill can sometimes be a bit long, so be sure to plan for that in advance.

Fortune Hong Kong Seafood Restaurant is an excellent dining spot. The menu offers a wide variety of options, and the food is fantastic. While it is somewhat pricey, it's the go-to place for high-quality Chinese cuisine. I particularly enjoyed their Thai shrimp, Yang Chow rice, and calamari (although I can't recall the menu name for it). However, I was a bit let down by the lucky soup, as it was darker than expected. Overall, everything else we ordered was wonderful!

The staff is very accentuated. I have the name of the employees who helped us choose the best dish they could offer us. He even suggested the mixed meat pancit canton that is not even in the menu. Superb pancit canton!

I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. I really enjoyed the chicken with broccoli, although the broccoli was a bit too crispy for my taste. The flavor was great, nonetheless. We also tried the pepper-roasted pig, which was definitely worth returning for. I appreciated the large fish tanks filled with fresh fish, providing some enticing options. The restaurant features a full bar, although we didn’t order from it this time. The service was quite good; at least four wait staff attended to us, all supervised well. There’s convenient parking right in front of the entrance. I’m already looking forward to our next visit!

The food was amazing. The services need little more improvement. Overall, we are very happy with our experience.
