Bebo's Chicago Style Chicken

Literally had me on hold for over ten minutes just trying to put in a order. Left me on the phone and forgot. On top of that they hardly answer the phone. Just lost a customer! This is an example of bad customer service.

Placed simple order to pick up. when I arrived the food was not ready, not even dropped. the cook had such a nasty attitude. I paid $20.20 for 6 what I thought were jumbo shrimp. The shrimps were meaty yet verysmall. I was pissed ! The service and food was terrible. Please do better before you wind up having to shut down.

I just ordered 6 wings and some onion rings at Bebos. The wings at one time were sizable, and what I got today was TERRIBLE. THE WINGS WERE SUPER TINY AND OVER FRIED, and they increased their prices and reduce food quality.

I rarely write a review, but the wings were terrible (too small and overpriced). When they opened up the wings were sizable and now there so small. Not sure what's going on there, but Sharks is now tastier than Bebos

So it was my first time here and I ordered the 6 wings with the hot honey sauce and lemon pepper, I have to say whenever I want chicken, I'm coming to Beni's. The chicken was hot and fresh and the flavor was everything. I will let everyone I know about bebo's. Keep up the good work guys.
