Anthony's At Point Defiance - Olympia

Had a good time the food was great and came out fast beautiful views! The only reason for the 4 star review is that the Chairs are too big for the small amount of space given between tables it was hard going in and out without annoying the table behind me. the waitress was not very attentive never filled our waters but it’s okay the good food made up for it! Clams are AWESOME!

That was my first time to eat here, opens at 1:00 on time or expects a waiting time. I had the 2 pieces alaskan halibut fish and chips that was so good that I ordered the extra piece to make a 3 piece. I was surprised how small the pieces were, but when they eat the fish and chips I was filled. the service was great. tim nigh brought me my food to an excellent and knowledgeable young man. the views both inside and outside are beautiful.

Had lunch with the Wife and nephew I had the fish tacos the best I've had in tacoma by far, the wife had halibut and my nephew had cod both were delicious. And the clam chowder is the best around. We will be back soon. Recommend this place most definitely.

Can't beat the view, as the restaurant is right on the sound. Got the surf and turf, with oysters for appetizer, steak Oscar for main and bread pudding for dessert. Oysters were excellent, but there were only two and they were very small. Steak was cooked exactly as ordered and the crab and sauce were wonderfully rich. Bread pudding had tender apple chunks and was served warm with a very tasty vanilla ice cream. We thoroughly enjoyed our dining.

Ordered take out for me and my son. We came up for the day to check out defiance point. The claim chowder and wagyu steak were delicious. Not a fan of the shrimp fettuccine. I felt it wasn't as flavorful and creamy as it should be. Other than that we received everything we ordered and it was ready at the designated time.
