Cynara Lounge - Olympia

Absolutely amazing new restaurant. Our server Tyler was very informative, just the right amount of checking in with us, and the food... the food was incredible. Well plated, amazing presentation! Combination of flavors was brilliant! Cocktails were exceptional Definitely a new favorite in Olympia.

We went to Cynara for a date night and had a great time. The food was delicious and I definitely recommend the duck. The sauce was absolutely amazing and I wanted to lick my plate when I was done. The bread pudding was the perfect amount of sweet and a perfect way to end the night. We will definitely be back again.

Most of the food and drinks were delicious! The Moroccan lamb stew was amazing! The artisan cheese and meat plate was great! The salmon had a bit of an odd freezer flavor but I am used to very fresh fish.
