Fish Tale Brew Pub - Olympia

They were very accommodating of our large group! Our birding club had a wonderful time meeting after an event and we really appreciated them hosting us. The pretzel and cheese curds were delicious too.

B.L.A.S.T. (bacon, lettuce, avocado, swiss, and tomato) was soooo delicious!! It (bacon) was cooked exactly to my liking (burnt)!!! ? Service was exceptional. It was a little pricey, but expected, given all this inflation bs. The Cajun fries were the only thing I wasn 't impressed with. They were bland and barely tasted seasoned with anything. Vegetarian options: Several vegan/vegetarian options!

My wife and I together with another couple had dinner there last night. I had heard much about this restaurant and was really looking forward to eating there. We were a little disappointed. Maybe it was because our expectations were too high. My wife had the salmon salad. The salad was good but the salmon was dry. I had the fish and chips. The fish was good but the french fries were limp and soggy. The coleslaw was so-so. The couple we were with had the fish tacos which they said were good. We also had a side of oysters on the half shell which were quite good. Overall, the food was decent but nothing special.

Good beer variety. Food continues to be hit/miss. Chowder today was great, but meat on Reubens was tough. Tasty, but way too chewy.

We were seated in a room with a low ceiling and only the front open. While we were one of only three tables seated, the room was loud. My guess is that the low ceiling caused this.
