Feedback gevenMy mother and I visited the Wine Paired Dinner for Valentine's Day. The experience was beautiful. I loved sitting at a table with people I didn't know. You really have the opportunity to meet new people. In a world of social media and mobile phones it seems like such a refreshing change. When we all stick to fine food and wine, each person showed general interest in knowing about each other. I was so excited to share with them that I plan SPSCC culinary program in autumn. Cooking / Creating masterpieces of culinary works is my passion, my dream. I wanted to be on the other side of the kitchen doors. I wanted to help. I wanted to create. I've seen these student chefs and their instructors, Scott McLean, like celebrities. I felt giddy inside. I'll be one day. I'll be a gourmet cook! I ate every bite and made every bite an experience. I took the presentation, the smell, the taste... finally... if you want to love food and feed people you make it unforgettable! I can't expect to be on the other side of this experience. Until then I will visit as many Wine Paired dinners as possible!
