Phoebe's Pastry Cafe - Olympia

The owner is quite demanding and seems to lack a true understanding of customer service and hospitality.

During our visit to Olympia, we decided to stop by this café for some coffee and treats. The atmosphere was wonderful, the staff was extremely friendly, and the pastries were delicious. The cookies were tasty, but if you can only choose one item to indulge in, definitely treat yourself to the éclair. It’s one of the best eclairs I’ve ever had!

The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. I felt safe during my visit. The hot chocolate was made with water instead of milk, but the pastries and coffee were excellent. I would suggest heating the pastries for an even better experience.

I would give this place six stars if I could! My partner and I visited for the first time today and tried a cinnamon roll, a bear claw, and a coconut cream croissant. They were all absolutely delicious, and we will definitely be returning!

Smells wonderful when you walk thru the door, full of bakery goodness! Lots of pasteries, cookies, cakes and other goodies to choose from. Went during lunch hour and burrito, quiche, sandwiches and salad items to choose from. I ended up having a handmade mini cherry pie...delicious! Will be coming back to order a custom cake in the summer. (Their custom cake display was amazing.
