Don't let the short menu fool you; they've got some of the best bagels I've ever had. Great coffee, as well, but the lox deluxe really is a serious highlight of my week. Friendly service, great atmosphere, good location, though finding nearby parking on a busy weekend can sometimes be a bit of a challenge

Fabulous. Extremely nostalgic for me, who grew up eating bagels at Otto’s next door. Lovely, quiet atmosphere.

I've overheard great things about the owner as a person in general. So, that is a plus to be in support of a business for.*They have good prices and I love their berry cream cheese pastries. I get more excited when I see them on the day old rack.It feels like a very comfortable environment to socialize with a friend or partner in. (Not loud and Noisy)*Again,The employees seem to appreciate their boss as a person. So, that makes me feel good about revisiting again and again to support a small business. Weird customer service. I asked for a salmon bagel and with cream cheese with chives. The counter person handed me a bagel with cream cheese. When I reminded them of the salmon, they offered to sell me a second bagel. Bagel, it's probably a downgrade from frozen bagels available from grocery stores. I went to school in New York. I was hopeful for a good bagel in Olympia. Bagel, I expected hit or miss. The weird service, I didn't expect.

Got some ice coffee and a piece of cheesecake. Great atmosphere, small business vibes. 10/10 recommend
