Feedback gevenI had a terrible experience at this restaurant today. I walked in and the manager rudely informed me that they were closed, even though I had visited before during their operating hours. It was bizarre to see no other customers inside except for me. The manager's attitude was very disrespectful and arrogant. Overall, the customer service was unacceptable.
Fish patty was way over cooked. The chicken sandwich, fries, Minute Maid, and frosty were hot and fresh. The drive through was moving quickly and the staff was friendly.
I went to Wendy's to get a strawberry Frosty. It was one of the best I've had all year, and I was in and out quickly, even though it was crowded.
If you've ever been to Wendy's before, you should expect the same experience as most other locations. The drive-thru was slower than usual when I went for a quick late-night food run. I noticed that the dining room was open for walk-in orders. My order took just as long whether I ordered inside or at the drive-thru. Overall, the service was unusually slow, but the food met Wendy's expectations of being hot and fresh, and the employees were polite.
It was dirty as they stood in the register, there was so much eating and mumbling that they could see that there was not in the awhile the soda machine in the lobby on splatterd soda all had to wait before someone recognized their inestimacy, it was disappointing
