Wetzel's Pretzels - Olympia

Gross!!!! I do t know what happened over time but the quality is at 0 the artificial butter is disgusting, and the cheese sauce has no flavor and extra runny. Never ever will I go back to any Wetzel ???? Staff was friendly fast and courteous. Quality out weighs service. Got a refund and left disappointed.

Best customer service ever! Pretzels came straight out of the oven so it was hot and yummy ????. Great and fast service too .

I was in the line to order for 10 min. I don?t understand why they tock so long. All what they do is drinks and pretzels are all ready bag. After 10 min. I was ready to order and the employee saw me getting my debit card and she tell me that they were not doing cash less transactions. Are you kidding? Why there is not a sing or something so we do not waste our time. That?s ridiculous. Worse ever

Well just got a bag of salted preazle bits. And thay were chewy and some how raw in the middle as well so I throw them out at the next trash can. I am hungry and still hungry but thay were gross scared to eat the raw dough middle.

Would give them zero stars if I could. Refused to sell a handicap person pretzel bites even though they had the product. Those were for their kiosk and too bad the person couldn't walk that far. Then to say their other manager would tell me to go away and they didn't care about customer service.
