Pho Hoa, Shaw Blvd. - Omaha

Staff was not aware of the zomato gold deals, but after explaining to them, ok na! Good service! But i feel like the quality of the food wasnt the best comparing to other active branches.

The family decided to have our Mother's Day lunch here last Sunday. We arrived at around 12 noon and the place wasn't full. It was only around 12:30-13:00 that people started coming in. Seems like this branch is famous among those working in the nearby offices. Anyway, we ordered the Pho Bo Kho (beef stew), Grilled Pork, Veggie, Fried Rolls (Vermicelli Bowl), and Chay Dau Hu. My mom also tried their Viet Coffee. The Beef Stew was actually good. It comes with a plate of basil and bean sprouts and it's up to you on how much of it you would be adding in the soup. Second, my parents loved the Vermicelli Bowl. They actually preferred it over the stew. I liked that it was very filling and a lot of vegetables were included. It was a complete meal already (for me, at least). Lastly, the tofu. It was just okay. My dad was the one who ordered it and he was more focused on the vermicelli rather than this one. For the coffee, it wasn't as strong as what my mom wanted it to be but she mentioned that it was tasty. What I loved the most about Pho Hoa was that I left the place really full but I felt like I ate a healthy and hearty meal. One note though, staff wasn't that attentive. We have to request for our bill thrice before they gave it to us.

Never had pho in my whole life and this resr Pho Hoa has been on my radar foe as long as i have remembered 1. Chin nam gan bo vien the broth was great but i just felt that the taste was a bit commercialy or mediocre to say the least they could’ve have done better to get more flavors out of the soup. The meat was tender maybe a little bit more cuts from the large one would be great addition since the asking price is somewhat steep. 2. Garlic noodles Seafood i have to say that the taste was so good! The balance between the garlic and sweetness was just enough, i love the noodles that they used and for the other veggies that whwre put i wish that it could get steamed or blanche ots quite hard but all in all it was good. Good friendly staff.
