Rustic Box Steakhouse - Omaha

Went here January 4, 2023. came to Mandaluyong, craving for steak. searched google, Rustic box steakhouse, san francisco steakhouse appeared. went to san francisco, cant find the place. went to SM light, guard says store (Rustic box) is closed indefinitely. Dont know if they posted until when they are closed or if they have transferred Service: Dine in Meal type: Other

I went to the place because it was not crowded and I craved for a steak. The dining staff are great. I requested for medium well but the doneness was uneven. There were parts that were too hard to chew and even of I swallow it without chewing, I might get indigestion. Chef should know the best way to cook otherwise, don't provide options for doneness. Wine was not available and to think it was a Saturday night. This answers my question as to why there was no crowd for this restaurant. Hopefully, they improve. Would love to visit again because of the ambiance.

First time I ordered the T-BONE STEAK was through foodpanda. Size and taste was worth the price. The meat was juicy, was easy to cut and chew. It was also well seasoned same with the mashed potatoes. I'll order steak here from now on.

I ordered a medium cooked Rib Eye Steak, but was not satisfied when it was served cold, with not enough seasoning, and unbelievably, almost one fourth of the steak meat was hard. Even cutting the meat with the knife was hard. The steak wasn't expensive, but there are more affordable steaks that are better cooked, and a lot chewable than what I ordered.
