Feedback gevenRegularly disappointed. have ordered, take them several times and they always forget the ranch. I have ordered 4 and none. my acknowledgement shows that I order them, so I am not sure how hard it is to offer ranch when the wings are packed in the pocket. I will not order here anymore. too many good wings in omaha.
Every time that I visit Buffalo Wild Wings the team is amazing. I truly appreciate you all and this is by far one of my favorite places to visit!
I got a Avocado Bacon Burger.. I got the single patty. You can?t even test the patty at all and ... it was burn there was only 2 small pieces of avocado.. you can see that they just throw a lot of mayo! Fries did not tasted fresh!!!! Never spending my money there again..
Worst service ever. We ordered to go on the app. The app said food would be ready by 7:50. When we got there food was not ready. In fact we waited an hour. After an hour we went up to the to go lady and asked about our ticket. She completely ignored us and told us to move because there are other people in line. I don?t care how busy you are, if you work in customer service you should be courteous to all guests. Luckily, we did not pay on the app so we just left. This was the worst experience my wife and I have ever had at a restaurant. We were patient as we knew they were busy. We waited an entire hour to not get helped, to be rudely ignored, and to leave without even getting our food. We will not ever return to Buffalo Wild Wings and will never recommend them to friends and family. There are much better places to get food where the staff will treat you right.
One of the worst experiences ever, no one in the place, waited 15 min at bar for a drink, 15 more before she took my order. 20 min more before 10 wings made it out, she never once asked if I wanted another drink even though it sat there empty for over 1/2an hour. absolutely pathetic service by Stephanie,
