Burger King - Omaha

The food is always good when they happen to be open. Its hard to believe that this a corporate chain restaurant and not independently owned. I say this because the staff consistently works whatever hours they feel like for the day. They are often not open at the right time listed on the Burger King Corporate website. If youre looking for breakfast on Sunday especially avoid this location as they will be open an hour later than what is listed on the corporate Burger King website. Even if you drive by, go through the drive through, and notice an employee is reading at the counter...you are still not likely to get served during the hours listed if its during the first hour of service. If you can spare the extra drive time head to the one off 132nd and Giles. The service and staff are always excellent there. Would pass by the one on 120th and center as they also make their own hours but they worse than 114th and dodge as their food is poor quality. I cant help but wonder if they are managed by the same person.

Went to this restaurant today for my beloved whopper. I have never been treated so rudely. Staff was right there and finally looked up at us to take our orders. Had to go back up to ask for ketchup, another 5 minutes of standing being ignored. No one else in the restaurant. Went to get a refill on my drink, waited...employees saw me. I finally walked out without a refill and heard staff laugh as I left. Contacted corporate and haven?t heard an answer yet. What the heck is going on at that place?

This is the worst ran Burger King in the city and its not just from this one visit. I sat in front of the drive thru speaker after being asked to wait, keep in mind there is nobody in front of me at window besides the employee outside smoking, and after 3-4 min wait was told to go ahead with my order. It just so happened that the employee that was out smoking a cigarette, who was sitting there looking at me, walked back in right before they were able to help me. McDonald across the street, was moving customers quickly through their line, so I drove across the street and will never go to this BK location again. I was really looking forward to trying the impossible burger today also...

Regular Burger King place. Nothing to complain about. Rodeo King was really tasty

Stopped by for a quick late night snack, ordered the cheeese sticks and they were burnt and too hard to eat...you broke my heart BK ?
