Dunkin' - Omaha

I arrived at 7:31 AM to find the doors locked, while a group of girls was having a party at one of the tables inside. After being let in, I discovered there were no donuts available—none at all. The staff casually informed me that nobody had come in to make any, as if this was a regular situation. My last visit to this location was also disappointing, with only four donut options available early in the day. This experience was the final straw for me. I suppose I'll have to stick with Walmart from now on. Their donuts may not be exceptional, but at least they’re consistently available.

I have experienced long wait times every time I've visited this location. I've even tried ordering online, but it still takes a while to receive my order. On most mornings I've been there, it seems like there's only one person working, which doesn't seem like a wise business choice. Additionally, the drinks are inconsistent; they taste different each time I order them. They definitely need to improve staff training and consider hiring more employees.

I ordered my coffee last week and I'm almost half way to drive-thru window! At this rate I hope I make it to my family Christmas but I really don't want to lose my place in line. Seriously though, you could start driving to the Dunkin in Kansas City order and drive back to this location and your order still wouldn't be ready. I have never waited in a drive through line for almost half an hour for a dozen doughnuts and a coffee, and I would have left but it's a principal thing at this point. Tell my future grandkids I love them in case I die waiting. The confusing part is there are like 6 people in there working! What are the management at this location doing to bring anyone back here?? Certainly not convenience... or price...or service.

The last 3 times I’ve gone there I have ordered 2 cake donuts and they are dry and do not taste like they are fresh. Very slow on the weekends. Very slow.

Every time I've been there, the donuts have been fresh.
