Famous Dave's Millard - Omaha

This location does not honor open table. We made a reservation for and when we arrived we were put on the regular list. They stated that it didn't matter that we used open table. They were busy and we had to wait. Just like everyone else. What was the point in having a reservation when the restraunt doesn't honor it?

This place will NOT be in business much longer. Despite at least of the tables being unoccupied, they told everyone who walked in it was a minute wait. Despite our online reservation, we still waited over minutes. They must have either been understaffed or the kitchen can't handle a full restaurant. Also despite noting that we were celebrating a child's birthday on our online reservation, no mention of the special day was made and no candle or ice cream or anything to celebrate. Very disappointed. In the past, a small ice cream was served w/ a sparkler candle for birthdays. Even the young children in our party had meals and the burnt ends were about pieces of beef on a soggy piece of bread, surrounded by some hastily tossed fries and pickles. Very disappointing food, prices and overall experience. The quality has gone downhill dramatically and customer service is non existent. We drove by the Famous Dave’s off and Maple to find out they were closed down. We went to the Millard location and loved eating there.

Tasty food at competitive prices. Fun atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff.

We used Open table for reservations and had a table within minutes. Our dinner and service was great everyone in our party enjoyed their meal.
