Firebirds Wood Fired Grill - Omaha

My husband really enjoys this steakhouse franchise so I was eager to try it as well. We made online reservations, and we?re seated immediately upon arrival which was really nice. The server was friendly and gave me some great options for drinks. She was very prompt on her service too. My son enjoyed his steak and fries, and my husband really enjoyed his blue cheese steak and lobster. I on the other hand was somewhat not as impressed with my steak and shrimp for the price I paid. Everything tasted nicely, but I felt it was a little over priced in my opinion. I defiantly will stay open minded and try again with a different menu item next time.

Firebirds is a must for us when we are in Nebraska. The food is always incredibly delicious and the environment is fun and social. Caitlin and the rest of the Firebirds team went beyond and beyond to make sure our evening was unforgettable. This place is great! We made a reservation and we checked immediately. First we started with chicken tortilla soup, chicken was so tasteful! most of the time chicken can be bland and get lost in soup, all spices were very pleasant. And the perfect amount of spices. Then we had the Caesar salad! Omg best Iv ever had them Spicy croutons with the salad such a great mix with the fresh in-house Caesar Dressing. I wish they would? ve waited to our main entry until after we were made with our appetizers. Steak was very tasty with a butter crust.

I came to dinner with my fiancée on Valentine's Day and was really a great night. I had a reservation for 9:30 and we got a table right away. It was also a stand one in the corner that was beautiful. The server was really nice and accommodating for all requests. I ordered a grilled steak tenderloin salad and asked to turn off the mixed greens for spinach and tomatoes for Jicama. She definitely delivered both. The salad was perfect! Steak cooks perfectly medium, very generous amount of spinach and jicama as well. The blue cheese and balsamico dressing went so well with everything on the plate. I really enjoyed this meal. My fiancée also ordered the slowly roasted Prime Rib in medium. It was also well cooked and he said that herbs and pepper crust was really good. For the side he got the Broccoli, which also -no surpise- boiled just perfect. Very delicate and accurate. The meat went very well with the horseradish on the side. We also have to share the page of Southwest Au Gratin potatoes. The scam was on the spot! It was also freshly baked because we saw how the steam came through. He also ordered the Siesta Sangria with Moscato and Mango Rum. That was a great drink! I would have had it in a sip; It was so smooth and simply perfectly flavored. I'm not a fan of strong alcohol and that was very nice.

My server has done a little good job, but some in the group they did not. The service took some time to get our food. Lunch Brunchburger was cooked to what I like. But the loaded baked potato had so much salt on it was like a spoon full of salt and put in my mouth. I got it replaced and went a lot better. The manager didn't come to see how the food tasted. Was not offered by the server to take something out of the bill. I have pictures to show how much salt was baked. They only have two stars.
