Firehouse Subs Orchard Plaza - Omaha

The food was missing without hardly any toppings I had ordered on my sub sandwich (only a few olives and a few small cut pickles etc.). I asked for extra vinegar and extra mustard on the sub sandwich. There was not extra added, so I had to go to some extra mustard (in a small cup and have added it also (more vinegar to the sub-sandwich). Besides, I was met with someone who argued that she placed extra of them both on the sub-sandwich.

Never get back to this place! Potato soup ordered and brought home, it was sour! Waited forever to do 2 sandwiches. We were the only two people to order. There were 2 young boys teens). Super slow and couldn't do more. I came home, and our breads were swollen on our sandwiches. I know it was from the child not to properly prepare our sandwiches. I saw him take the meat from the water/steam and put it directly on the bread. It is so frustrating and unacceptable that it is indecent. Manager, you need to withdraw your staff or on the front to make sure they work properly!

As a result of my counting, there are more than 8 outgoing people sitting here with receipts that await their orders, as the stoned to the bone workers meandering the fulfillment of online orders and leaving the inner customers completely. The food is great when they do it right.

Inside was super clean. All the staff were super friendly. From the lady taking my order to the person making my sub. Italian sub was excellent. Crispy lettuce. Tomatoes were fresh. No wilted/mushy gross veggies like I have had from other sub shops. Will be back.
