Jimmy John's - Omaha

I came here today to let my disabled client use the restroom because it was an emergency and had asked an employee at the counter if that was okay and they said yes. After we came out, a different, older employee told us that we shouldn't have comein if we weren't going to purchase anything. While I'd usually agree, this was an emergency situation and was extremelydisrespectful towards customers with disabilities.

The bread here is wonderful. Substantial. Love the #9 and roast beef!

First took over 30 mins to get my sandwiches when the location is right up the street sandwiches came unedible... you can tell that they had been in someone's car for a very long time.. call location was lied to and told she had to call her GM to be ableto refund my money but magically in less then 45 seconds was back on the phone with me refunding my money... I've had NUMEROUSproblems with this place this is the last straw. I shouldn't be told as a customer we are short staffed blah blah blah hey IDONT CARE not my problem I am the consumer who bought sandwiches with my hard earned money and got disgusting horrible food..lost all respect for Jimmy John's... I will not be ordering from you ever again. SUB WAY EAT FRESH

Great prices good food and fast nice workers too less healthy than subway but way more delicious and they sometimes give out free samples to businesses which is really cool of them as a company

Slowest jimmy johns in omaha, maybe the whole united states. If you order ahead don't expect it to be done quickly, theyll probably wait until you get there to start making it dreadfully slow, aside from that if you ask for extra of anything it wontbe extra theyll give u 6 pickles instead of 5, what a joke. Ranch spilled in my box on multiple occasions, why would you put theranch on the bottom? Lack of brain cells? And if you order online dont even bother selecting the drinks you want online becausethey will not fill them, instead hand you the cups and prompt you to fill them on your own. I started going through the drivethru to pickup online order now so they have to fill the drinks. The 1 star given was due to there not being an option for 0stars. Freaky slow.
