LoLo's Chicken & Waffles - Omaha

The restaurant had no idea that we would reserve on open table. it was like they never heard of it. fortunately they had space for us. it took 45 minutes to get our food at a time, the restaurant was about half full. the food was hot and good. Coffee and tee were warm, both at the first and at the afterfill.

Fly and gnats were everywhere in the restaurant. the server were eager, but definitiw inexperienced. the anesthesia of heavy tatoos and nasenpiercings was a great branch. where do they find these people? the food came to various times and left 2 guests waiting for 15 minutes longer to eat. some items, including grotto, came cold. the huh is great, and the portions are big, but this restaurant has gone down quickly.

Great food! we had to wait for an hour to get our food.

A bad experience! It started off good... appetizers and drinks were great. Then came the main courses. My mother 's food was delivered room temperature, despite the fact that we asked it be delivered extra hot. Next we discovered that some of the chicken was not cooked all the way through. Finally, the waffles another one of their featured dishes was flat and extremely gummy inside... it was not edible. We sent everything back, and the food with the exception of the waffle was returned to our liking. The waffle came back with crispier edges, yet still extremely gummy inside. I requested a manager. A manager responded and advised that she was aware of the problem. She said that her waffles were so bad that morning that she had thrown them away. Despite this, she said that the restaurant had six batches of BAD mix ... with too much flour in it, to use up. I was BLOWN AWAY! Using bad mix that you can 't even bear to eat on customers instead of throwing it away is unacceptable!!! LoLo 's, you need to do better!

Didn't realize it was a chain predominantly found at airports in the South and southwest. Limited menu, very similar offerings, decent waffles and large portions. Chicken didn't have a lot of meat, place was desolate at lunch in the dining room. Would likely not return.
