Noli's Pizzeria - Omaha

Everyone knows that this restaurant serves fantastic food, but what often goes overlooked is their outstanding commitment to recycling and composting. They've been composting long before it became fashionable. From my conversations with the owners, it's clear how much this matters to them. They even encourage dine-in customers to sort their waste properly, which is a fantastic way to promote these environmentally conscious habits.

I asked for recommendations, and they definitely delivered! I really enjoyed the bechamel pasta and the spicy pizza.

We got the grandma style pizza with vegan cheese. Super simple, but the flavor was delicious. The place always smells so good and the staff is super friendly

The pizza was pretty good, though kind of pricey I thought for being served on cheap, thin paper plates. The employees are very friendly though. Parking is a pain, but not much they can do about that.
