Paleteria San Luis - Omaha

I visited this restaurant for the first time and was blown away by the delicious salsa and amazing lengua tacos. I can't wait to return!

I come from time to time to enjoy their wonderful Caldo de Rez, I haven’t tried much of anything else on their menu, but everything looks delicious and authentic. The servers are nice and prompt with their service. I totally would give them a five star, however I have had issues with it not being opened at the times posted online and on the door of the restaurant. I just read a comment along the way that says it’s closed on Wednesdays, maybe making that change online would be helpful so one doesn’t waist time. I’m here waiting for it to open and now I’ve found out it’s closed…bummer…but honestly I’d still try to make it back again for el caldito de Rez!!!

This will always be my special spot. Always went here with my Dad until he moved away. The waitresses are always sweet, the food is delicious, and it always arrives promptly and deliciously consistent. Love it! Friendly atmosphere, very professional, and the salsa is seriously the best I've ever had. I wish I could find salsa this great off the shelf. I'll never stop coming here. Keep up the awesome work!

The food was good. The restaurant was cash only when we visited. We would definitely go back again.

I had lunch at this restaurant today. The staff doesn't speak much English, and my Spanish isn't great, but we were able to place an order with our friendly and patient waitress. The beef tongue tacos were delicious! I will definitely return to try other items on the menu.
