Waited in line for 45 minutes to not even EAT my food. this is what my sandwich looks like after them telling me they are making a fresh sandwich at the window because we waited for 45 minutes for them to tell us it would be another 7 minutes for thesandwiches.. they gave us the bottom of the barrel mac and cheese and fries. Meanwhile they kept coming outside tosmoke. disgusting never eating this again

Would not honor an offer that is clearly printed on their menu. A simple override on checkout to honor an advertised item is all it would require, but manager would not do it. What I did order took over 25 minutes to get prepared. 6 to 8 people working andno one seemed too concerned about making several customers wait for extended periods of time . Food preparers without hair netsand several with long hair. A very disappointing experience.

This location has typically had slow service, however the food has always been delicious so it made up for it...until our last couple visits. The last time we had two chicken sandwiches that weren't cooked through so this time I ordered tenders. There wasa puddle of grease at the bottom of the box of tenders and all I could taste was grease, two of the buffalo sauces were brokeopen and spilled all over everything in the bag and our daughters box of fries was spilled into the bottom of the bag (alsocovered in Buffalo sauce) and she doesn't do spicy. We ordered a sweet tea and got unsweetened tea that tasted like dirt. Not tomention that our order was an online order and the drive thru employee had my husband restate the entire order when he pulledin. What is the point in ordering ahead online if you're just going to have to reorder anyway? They would definitely benefitfrom retraining and better management and we won't be going back.

Service was absolutely terrible, I got have a soda with soda pouring out of the top and all around the sides. My food was even worse, looking at the photos my chicken sandwich had almost zero spicey sauce on it and was 40 percent bread. This place hasterrible service.
