Dinner was absolutely amazing! Wonderful food and drinks. The steak was perfectly cooked. The only issue we had was the server. He made us feel like we were inconveniencing him by being there and he was not friendly what so ever. It took him 20 min from when we were seated by the hostess for him to even acknowledge we were sitting there. Drinks took about 15 min to be brought out, which I completely get considering it was a holiday. When it came time to take the order he said, “what do you want?” … so we placed our order and he says “okay” grabs the menus and walks away. I completely understand it was NYE and we understood the bar could take a bit, he had other tables, and the food could take a bit, however, I still feel like politeness goes a long way. Just made us feel very uncomfortable. The only prompt service or kindness offered was when we asked for the check and he brought within 30 seconds.

My wife I went to Spencer’s for New Year’s Eve.We have gone several times before because the Steaks,food service have always been great! Got the 5 course special with Steaks appetizers deserts were excellent! However would liked to have had better options to choose from for sides than scalloped potatoes broccolini..Normally I get either Mac n cheese or mashed potatoes with brussel sprouts since they are fantastic! So the limited sides were a big let down since the scalloped potatoes were very sub par!
