The first time here was treated great, thank you Christ.

The bartender was short and rude to my wife. That's enough to never come back.

Very nice atmosphere. personal very friendly and personal. younger crowd and they had karaoke. it was all in a good night.

I was very happy about my time here. Super Chill place with a fantastic menu.

Honestly, the bar itself is clean and has good drinks (the sully shot, 100% recommend). However, there is one bartender that is very rude to customers. I’ve been to Sullivan’s twice and both times this bartender has been made very rude comments straight to customers faces. For example, the first time I went was with my fellow classmates and we all ordered shots but paid for them separately (at the time we didn’t know each other super well). This bartender had the audacity to look at us and say “seriously.” Then, months later ended back up at Sullivan’s, my friend pays for his drinks (same bartender) with exact change, looks at my friend and goes “really exact change.” A little later that night we went back up to the bar to get more beers same bartender took our order and goes “yeah it’s going to be a minute.” Then he proceeded to take other customers orders. The bar tender that did end up acknowledging us took the exact same order and served us in less than 10 seconds. I understand the importance of tipping bartenders. What this bartender didn’t know was that my friend was about to be at the bar multiple times that night and always tips very well at the end. Makes sense right? This business could really use a crash course in customer service. THIS BARTENDER HAS DARK HAR, A MUSTACHE AND OCCASIONALLY WEARS A GREY BEANIE.
