Taco Bell - Omaha

Terrible experience. I couldn’t even get service. I was ignored by two different employees. I understand they were busy preparing food for takeout, but the manager was right there and just walked past me without acknowledging my presence. It would have been nice if she had at least said, “I’ll be right with you.” Instead, she headed straight into her office. The customer service was really lacking. If that’s what the management is like, yikes!

I had the Beefy Fritos Burrito. This place often closes early, which is frustrating. I think Taco Bell should consider offering better compensation to their employees or something along those lines.

Awesome team! Super friendly staff who were great at clarifying our orders. The service was quick, and our food arrived promptly at our table. Without a doubt, this is the best restaurant in Omaha!

Hours online yesterday said they open at 10 o'clock; today there are hours to say they open at 8 o'clock daily. what is that? drove by and she realizes where not opened by 8. no vehicles on parking or lighting.

Tried ordering on doordash and grubhub tonight. You guys are supposed to be open til 1 am according to google. Tried different delivery time and says location closed even though I just placed an order not long before the second order was to be placed. No explanation or anything!
