This is the third time that I have been here and just like the other two times it took 20 minutes just for me to get up to the window to order, thats with 3 cars before me. This location is very slow, the employees are not very courteous and the customer service is very poor. The only reason they got 2 stars is because the food was not horrible....not great but not horrible either.
For some reason it took absolutely forever to get our food, which we thought would mean that it was freshly made as they were relatively slow. Unfortunately it was the opposite as the food was cold and poorly made. Disappointing as the other Wendy's we frequent is always spot on. Will avoid in the future.
Food has seriously gone down hill (at least off 72nd in Omaha) over the last few years. Additionally, they don 't seem to know that the drive thru menu sign should be on when they 're open at night. I asked if they could turn it on and was rudely told absolutely not . Not to mention the employee was just rude in general.Obviously the management doesn 't care either.
Staff at drive through came off quite rude. I went for breakfast and I ordered a simple sandwich combo. I had to wait for 15 minutes, which I understand happens, but that was after waiting for 5 minutes at the window and then being asked to pull forward. When given my food I was told that they threw in some potatoes for such a long wait, but I had already ordered those so they should have been in the bag anyway. Not very happy with my experience and probably will not be returning.
