Holt County Grill - Oneill

1st visit here was impressive. Great lunch, good pricing. Service was stellar. With such limited choices for dining out this place is definitely a breath of fresh air. Will make a return visit on our next trip to town. Keep up the good work.

My husband I were passing thru on our way to Oregon. There was not much in the town of O?Neil Ne. We stopped at Holt County Grill for dinner, because of the good reviews that I had read. They were true! We ordered the Chicken Fried Steak it was big enough to split. It was Delicious! We had a Fabulous waitress Brenda N she was a connoisseur on their beer selections. She helped us pick out some pretty tasty beers. This is a Great family restaurant, and Brenda

Most solid place to grab lunch in the county. Never disappointed. Sad to see some of the original menu items disappearing, like the pork Ribeyes.

Good service, reasonably priced. Wife ordered bangbang with chicken. It was ok at best, light on chicken. I ordered fried chicken diner. Chicken was overcooked and dry. Some breading was almost black. Potatoes and gravy were good and veggies very good.

It is hard to believe that such a delicious, diverse menu like this can exist and strive in a cowboy town like O'Neill, NE! If you get the opportunity, you've got to try this restaurant. The waitstaff should be equally praised with a dining room full of guests, she did not leave us waiting at all. I am often hard pressed to find that kind of service in big city Omaha.
