Jack's - Oneonta

Too much talking and visiting by employees. Drive thru time was way too long this trip. 1 hamburger, pie and medium drink and I spent over 5 minutes at the window after paying to receive my order. Must be new members on the crew.

Don 't take these stars completely to heart. I 'm not looking for any kind of come back and we 'll make it up. I went through the drive thru. It was backed because of lunch rush. The burger was alright, I asked for no pickles, and there were no pickles.However my drink was mostly ice, and my fries had very little if any seasoning on them. I don 't want a remake, I just want tosee improvement. I like Jack 's fries when they are seasoned correctly. I also like more drink than ice.

10:12 on 11/12/20022 Drive thru line was out to the street so I came inside. I stood in line for 35 minutes no exaggeration). Finally while I stood there in line I ordered online and jumped ahead of everybody. People that were ahead of me literally stillhadn't had their order taken yet. That big melon headed guy is on Xanax or something. The one they have running the register.

We waited in line for 21 minutes, which we understood due to it being between breakfast and lunch. Our food was cold when we got it and the fries were greasy and not done.

I go here a lot and really the service depends on who is in there working at the time but over all I?m a big huge Jacks fan .. I eat at jacks every morning and at least once in the afternoon thru the week ??????????????
