I just got off of work and of course I always have my service dog with me so I walked in holding him (thinking it would make everyone inside feel better with him not walking around people eating) the waitress informed me he can’t be in here- I showed her his service card and she allowed it- not nicely. Another waiter came over and said he shouldn’t be here without a “certified leash and collar” which is NOT true. He does not legally have to have one and I didn’t see the point on buying a $25 ”certified” leash. His black leash and collar work just as well as a red one with words on it. We ordered Cajun ranch fries as an appetizer and an order of chicken tenders and fries and we waited over 30minutes for any of the food to come out- even the appetizer… I feel like they were mad about the whole service dog thing and I did not feel welcomed. Very upsetting.Update: we never received our food. They said something behind the counter about the lady with the dog. After waiting 50 minutes we tipped a $5 for our drinks and left.
Was visiting with friends and tried this place. Absolutely couldn’t recommend a better place to eat than here. Some of the best service I’ve had ever. The burger was cooked to perfection and was absolutely massive. Well worth the 14 bucks. I am a big guy and it filled me up. Will definitely come back next I visit here.
The staff made this place great. Food was excellent.
The turkey sandwich was wonderful and our waitress was top notch. She took really good care of us. The prices were reasonable as well. A very enjoyable lunch!
