Pizza Hut - Oneonta

We had a large group coming that the restaurant was informed of beforehand, at least an hour or two ahead of time. No tables were ready for a large group when we got there. Workers were in booths talking, one even lounging in booth with legs propped on the opposite seat. The room we were put in was being used to store large objects. The room hadn’t been cleaned in a while, with spills and dirt everywhere. Pizza was hot, taste was ok.

So I placed an order for the dinner box and they had left some items out I had it delivered I called and the manger Lowe said they couldn’t do anything about it and he did not even want to give me his name this will be my last time ordering her poor manger that is your job to make sure everything is right y’all are the ones that left party of my order out yall should at least make it up

Lunch buffet was fresh and special requests were honored cheerfully !!

Nice guys, expected cook time, and the pizza was pretty good. I was hoping to see a lingering videogame in the corner from 'the old days ' but,alas, no.
