Pizza Hut - Oneonta

I placed an online order around 1 PM for a 3 PM pickup. When I arrived at 3 PM in the sweltering 100-degree heat, the restaurant was completely empty. By 3:45 PM, no one had shown up, and it wasn't until 4 PM that a staff member finally appeared, stating that they were waiting for the manager to arrive and open the restaurant. They gladly accepted my nearly $60 payment, but now I have to spend even more money elsewhere for my family’s pizza night dinner. This is the absolute worst kind of service. Completely unacceptable. I would rate it less than one star if I could. I wonder if the owner cares enough to make this right. A simple refund won’t be enough for me to risk spending any money at this location again. It’s such a disappointment because I love Pizza Hut, but I guess I’ll be sticking to Hunt Brothers Pizza around town or going to the Pizza Hut in Gadsden or Birmingham instead. At least there, I can be assured that someone will be there to take my money.

I’m excited to see all the changes that have taken place in the past few weeks. The restaurant is now open again for Dine-In Buffet!

It was wonderful to be able to enjoy the buffet again. The food was excellent! Although the restaurant was quite busy, the staff did an amazing job keeping the food replenished. It's unfortunate that the locations in Attalla and Boaz have closed. I’m really glad that the Oneonta location has managed to stay open!

This Pizza Hut is like being in a time machine. The service is spectacular, the food is hot and delicious, and the restaurant is spic and span. I?m very glad to see a REAL Pizza Hut still doing well.

Buffet wasn?t very good, pizza was cut into tiny slices was mostly sauce. Need more variety in salad bar.
