Alfaro Mexican Food - Ontario

Loved the Chile Verde, had to sit outside, then energy was perfect, but visit was short here, I hope next time is longer

You might think an Alibertos is just an Alibertos but this one is my favorite! The people are happier the food is better and if you want a slight change they are acomidating. I'll keep going back even though there is one closer to my house.

They have their good days and their bad days. Food is not consistent. Sometimes it's fresh but you can tell that they also use older food (probably if it's leftover from the day before or something, at least that's what it seems like to me). Not happy with the way they make their chorizo and egg burritos. I like my chorizo mixed in with my eggs. But they make theirs with the eggs and chorizo separated. It's just a matter of my personal preference. One thing that is always perfect is there customer service though.

Found out they gave me a number six instead of a number four, after I was home already. The burrito was tough and stringy. The enchiladas tasted like cardboard. Do better people.

How can this place have 4 stars? The lady should learn customer service before you work in the food place. It was not my fault when you guys gave my order to the WRONG person. She kept shouting at me. I tried to be nice, but she gave me the attitude as I lied to them to get FREE food. No offense, I don't like Mexican food that much : . Just wanted to try some new food. It turned out to be a terrible experience. In the end, I didn't hear any apology even though they decided to make me another order. I don't know that she has a bad morning or sum, but I know that she ruins my day. It was my first and gonna be the last time. Moreover, the real burrito and the one in their picture look completely different. Will you pay 11$ for that low quality of food?
