Carl's Jr. - Ontario

The staff were very friendly, and I visit this restaurant three times a week. I really enjoyed the atmosphere. Parking is always clean.

First, I went into the restaurant, and they took long to show up at the register so I just went to the restroom and took the drive-through to only find out that the app doesn't work like others do and you have to pre-order, also they give you the food without a bag at all, and they don't even give you a receipt or ask you if you want a receipt. Only giving them two stars because their restrooms were open. Do better for basic stuff.

Cleanest Carl’s Jr I’ve been too! Staff was extremely Friendly!! Bathroom was actually clean. Definitely recommend

I purchased a large meal at the restaurant with a lemonade without realizing that the lemonade is only available in one size. No one mentioned this beforehand, so I was disappointed when I received a small cup of lemonade with my meal. I found it strange that Carl's Jr only offers one size for their lemonade.
