Church's Texas Chicken - Ontario

I'm not going anywhere or anything. but this time is a must. that's the worst customer service I've ever had in my life. I ordered through the drive-thru and they gave me my food cold and the huh was as hard as the stone. When I went in there, I saw the chicken approaches sitting there, and before I got my order, they said that he was “fresh”. How's that fresh? that's disgusting, I don't even know how they feed the human. I asked for a refund and gave them the huh I had ordered, but they gave me only $8 out of the $34 I paid for. I have returned 2 chicken sandwiches and 5 offers, which she has only refunded me for 3 chicken sandwiches 1! the girl who worked there was so rude, gave a posture and was never understood. I bet she'd throw out if she tastes her bad cold chicken. Anyway, I called my bank and the commission is being contested. bad customer service ever. a valuable advice is to save her money and never go there. And this advice is for this girl “if you think they are a manager only for this place, then they should think their position new” I don’t know what the purpose is to be a manager when they have 0 customer service skills and 0 communication. literal 0.

Rude employees. Sign and online says they open at 10am. Other customers waiting as well. I went through drive through and was told they were closed. I asked what time to you open she ignored me and walked away. It was 10:50am. I assumed they open at 11am then so I wanted. She came and asked what I was waiting for and I said for them to open then she perceived to say they don't open till 11:30am and for me toove cause there timer was going off.

I would give this place half a star if I could, but they took a fat minute for everyone’s orders even though it didn’t look that busy and they wouldn’t even say to me they’ll be right with me nothing I hate this place I’ll never even think of eating here again.

It's 1045 am ladies inside said thier only doing one shift today what does that mean? I asked what time they would open she doesn't know

Service was bad she took like 20 mins to ask to take my order n then said hold on again and took so long to come back and take my order... Customer service was really bad and rude
