Jack In The Box - Ontario

The food at this restaurant does not match what is advertised. The portion sizes are smaller and the presentation is not as depicted in the pictures.

This is the worst Jack in the Box in Ontario. The workers were there at 5 am but refused to take or make drive-thru orders.

I ordered a shake that was 96° and drove for 20 minutes. Despite the long drive, the shake remained thick and delicious. The employee deserves 5 stars for making the perfect shake.

This is the friendliest Jack in the Box I have ever been to. They also got my order correct. Thank you for your pride in your work!

It seems like this Jack-in-the-Box location may be new, or their training process is lacking. When we went through the drive-thru with a voucher for the 2 for $11 ultimate cheeseburger combo, we were told that we couldn't substitute the drink for a milkshake or upgrade the combo. We were even willing to pay extra for the upgrade, but the employee didn't know how to accommodate us. Overall, this was the worst experience I've ever had at a Jack-in-the-Box.
