Pizza Hut - Ontario

We have ordered from here several times. Our order is always correct, hot and fresh. It's always arrived before the given time. (Lost a star, because the last 2 times, it was 20 minutes late) The website makes it super easy to order, and most of the time, have good deals. Their pizza is a little on the higher side. But, not bad. The pizza is really Good. Light and airy cruust. Not greasy. They put a nice amout of sauce and cheese. Toppings are usually good. They don't put a ton. But a good amount. We got free cheese bread with our order tonight. Pretty darn good. Last time we ordered the honey bbq wings, and none of our family of 6 liked them. This time we got the garlic parmesan. Those were pretty good. Good food.

The pizza, wings, breadsticks and Cinnabon rolls were all fresh and hot and delivered to me on time. The associate that brought it out for curbside delivery was pleasant and cordial.

Take more time to make sure the order is accurate. I was given only one fettuccine alfredo when I ordered the family. I confronted the cashier that I could not wait for the missed item and wanted a refund. He did not know how to refund the item as it was not a straight one for one swap, so he called the manager to come in and help. The manager was great and she gave me a future discount t for my trouble. Great manger but staff needs to pay more attention to the orders that come in.

I have picked up my order twice from this location in the last couple weeks or so. Overall, my family has had a good experience from placing the order on their mobile app, picking up from their location, and eating our order. Our last pizza was missing the 'Hut favorite ' crust. I know I ordered it since I see it in my email receipt. Hopefully they won 't mess up my order in future orders.
