Tgi Fridays - Ontario

Always has to wait to get tired. No one's never on the door. everything is a charge. extra Bbq sauce for extra charge. Refill on fruit tea extra charge. Chicken cakes are not freshly baked. they are hard, not impressed. I rarely leave two star reviews, but it seems that the restaurant is not interested in offering a great experience at a reasonable price as in the past. Now it makes as much money as possible, no matter what the customer wants and thinks.

Friday we took our family of 5 to eat and wanted to go somewhere we have never eaten so that the kids choose fridays we just let say by the time we left we felt like we had a meal for 2 adults and 3 children robbed $140 and after the top there were $160 prices outraged the children's menu sucking nothing good mostly Mac and chesse? the food lol the potatoes saw more like grottos Burger were burned frys were cold they brought the wrong meal it put in front of my old man it wasn't even apart from our order they then took it and put it right in front of the person that heard it, to whom I thought it should have been made new, that our waitress was nice and stuffed our drinks a few times, but the $20 meals my youngest got just too much for it!

Restaurant wasn't busy, but it took a very long time to get our food. When we finally got our table-tizer, everything was really hard and overcooked. Our food was pale and warm. It's sad to remember how good this place was a few years ago.

Very clean restaurant and waitress was excellent. The food was delicious and well prepared. I was there with two grandchildren and they enjoyed their choices. Thank you, have a wonderful day all!

The manager yells at employees the waitress is timid and way too much pepper and can?t make a salad fresh with lettuce and without romaine. Made us wait 20 minutes to sit down and don?t have an extra coffee maker when the one breaks down.
