Domino's Pizza - OOLTEWAH

This Domino's always prepares my order correctly and is both quick and polite. I typically place my orders online and pick them up, so I haven't encountered any issues with ordering or delivery. I appreciate the wide selection of ingredients, crusts, and sauces available. The website for ordering pizza is efficient and easy to use. I'm a fan of the $7.99 carryout deal. My recommendation is to order online and pick up your pizza instead of waiting for delivery.

I have always enjoyed this Domino’s; their food is consistently hot and delicious. I wrote a positive review about them last year, but I recently encountered a problem and was met with rudeness and disrespect when I tried to resolve it. When I called to ask for assistance, the person on the other end informed me that they were losing hundreds of dollars by speaking with me while pizzas were coming out of the oven and falling on the floor. I was charged for an order twice from my account, and yet we never received our food and were told no refund would be issued. I had never experienced issues with them before, and it seems like they may have a new manager because the service has significantly declined. I’m really disappointed.

I recently discovered that I have a gluten allergy, and finding a delicious gluten-free pizza has been quite a challenge. However, Domino's has truly exceeded my expectations with their gluten-free pizza. It was fantastic! I highly recommend customizing it with Alfredo sauce, along with peppers, onions, mushrooms, spinach, and cheese steak. Absolutely perfect!

Waited an hour and then called to check on my order and was informed that they couldn?t deliver. It would?ve been nice to have been called and I could?ve picked it up.

Order 1 supreme/ 2 pepperoni/ 1 cheese. What we got was 1 supreme 3 cheese. I did not notice till I got home. We tried to eat it anyway. WORST pizza we have ever eaten. Threw it in the garbage! $32 down the drain! NEVER AGAIN!
