Piece-a-cake Bakery - OOLTEWAH

I picked up the groom's cake for my best friend from this place. The cake designers here are very talented. The shop is cute and the treats are delicious!

If you're in need of a cake for a 6-year-old's birthday party or some cookies for a classroom event, I would recommend this bakery. However, if it's for a significant event like a wedding, I would suggest looking elsewhere. We ordered a wedding cake for my daughter's special day and had to pick it up ourselves due to the holiday closure of the bakery. Unfortunately, the bakery called the evening before the wedding to inform us that part of the cake was missing. Despite our dilemma, the manager blamed me for not picking up the full order and refused to offer a discount. We had to make an extra trip the day after the wedding to collect the remaining order, as we live 2 hours away. The lack of apology and poor customer service left us disappointed. I would advise saving your time and choosing a different bakery for important events.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! I ordered 4 thumbprint cookies and they were generous enough to give me extra. I definitely recommend this place to others. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, especially towards kids. They even gave me 2 extra thumbprint cookies and made us feel welcomed. I absolutely love this place!

Do not use them for weddings! They did not give us our full order for our wedding cake and blamed it on us! Save your time and go somewhere else!

I got my 25th birthday cake done here and if I ever need a custom cake I will definitely be back. I'm very satisfied with my order.
