Sonic Drive-in - OOLTEWAH

For the months I’ve Gone here they genuinely have never gotten my order correct

Staff seem nice. That's about the end of the positives. Last two times I've been here my orders have been a joke.One time I asked for a oceanwater with nerds. Literally got charged for it. Received a water with nerds. Pure H2O with Nerds.This time I order a supersonic breakfast burrito meal and chicken tenders. No requested sauce with tenders. No salsa with burrito. Open burrito and surprise. It's a basic sausage burrito. No jalapeños. No tomato's. No tots.This place is incapable of performing simple orders and should not be trusted to do so. If you go check your order before you leave.

The drive-thru always takes a very long time. The last time I went, I spent 40 minutes in the drive-thru, and then my order was wrong.

Gone though the drive-thru. They had messaged up all of my order when I went back they fixed it but rolled their eyes at us because we told them they messed up on our food.

This store takes FOREVER. Not any good customer service either. One time I waited 15 minutes for a blast to be made and the lady at the window asked me if I had gotten it yet and when I replied no, she told me the blast had been sitting there for 5 minutes and no one had handed it out to me. Unacceptable!
