Western Sizzlin Steak More - OOLTEWAH

Great food for the price (6 shoot beef tips). I had the bar a few times, and there are certain items that are not so hot and some that are a great value, for example the roasted chicken is wonderful and they have added many interesting items daily, with so many items that are offered, there is a commitment to some that you do not care, but I think any adventure palette can find something that is pleasant at the selection. My best selection from the menu is the 6 Shooter it is Sirloin Steak dice. It is steak they cut fresh themselves I can add that I think this is a cost-effective nice touch. I'm not sure what they do with it, but it comes soooooo delicate and juicy almost always, it only costs a few dollars more than food fast food and you get a baked potato (not microwave, but oven baked) with a full bar of spices for the potato, your choice of mushroom Gravy or Peepers and onions, Texas toast, all the bread you can eat and desert all for $6. I had Ribeye and I must say I was less than impressed, even for the cost. I have eaten at one in Dalton, and it seems that the chefs do a little better job, the Ooltewah location that I have found when you order them, one up out what you want, it seems to be right, for example if you want mid rare, order rare. They seem a little happy with the salt sometimes at the Ooltewah place compared to some of the others. Bottom line, you will not get 5 star bosses, its not $50 per record, but for the price I think its one of the best values (the 6 shooter Sirloin Steak tips in Chattanooga. Anyone who orders the beef tips will be happy, or in my opinion they cannot be happy. I couldn't get this meal at home for the cost.

Always love this place. Steak was great and it is an 8oz rib eye. Potatoes are always big, not like Red Lobster. The staff is friendly and prompt. In and out in an hour. The only complaint I have is that they never have the crushed ore for the ice. The vanilla was dressed and it came out to pour milk. I'm going back because it's good and affordable.

Good food--similar to a Golden Corral. They have a salad bar buffet option that is a great lower priced option if you want to eat more healthfully. Quality is great, and they keep the place looking good. General buffet is great too. I do wish they'd make their desserts less sweet. Way too much sugar.
