Chipotle Mexican Grill - Opelika

The night I placed an online order for pickup, the restaurant was incredibly busy. I sent my friend to pick up my food, but they informed her that it would take some time. Since it was past my scheduled pickup time, I called to request a refund, as I was unable to handle it myself. I explained that I couldn’t wait because I was at the hospital with my newborn. The staff was incredibly kind and made sure to prioritize my order, even though they were swamped. When my friend finally brought it to me, there was a lovely note included. Thank you so much; it truly made my evening, and the food was as delicious as ever!

It was my first time visiting this restaurant, and the food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the steak bowl with white rice, black beans, grilled paprika, and guacamole. I will definitely be going back!

The food is always excellent here. While I'm not a fan of the new wild flavor drinks they've been experimenting with, I appreciate their effort to try something different.
