Feedback gevenThe WORST service I've ever had even after ordering on line I had to wait 40 min! If I had not prepared I would have left. Then my order was wrong forgot to give me my ice cream which was supposed to be caramel they put peanutbutter and I'm allergic then didn't even get a straw for my drink. Horrible I asked for district managers number they refused all In All a big thumbs ????
One server did not know what numbered items were on the menu board. Another server was just fantastic. Hot dogs were good and hot. They had no spiciness in them. Next time I will ask for a hot sauce packet.
Situated within a gas station, the drive-thru can be a bit tricky to navigate, but overall, the service is quite good. It offers what you would typically expect from any Sonic: tater tots, corn dogs, and slushies.
The ordering process takes an incredibly long time, likely because there are usually only two people working in the kitchen, which is understandable. However, my complaint isn't with the employees themselves; it's with management for not properly training them. The man who took our order took nearly 10 minutes to complete it and kept attempting to charge us for extra meals we hadn’t requested. It's essential for employees to familiarize themselves with the menu and understand the items they’re selling so they can better assist customers.
I visited this restaurant on Friday, September 9th, at approximately 9:00 PM. The staff working the night shift were fantastic, providing excellent service! I wish I could give more than five stars. This has become my favorite spot for a chocolate shake!
