Pedro's Tacos Tequila - Opelousas

I really enjoy dining at this restaurant. I hope the quality remains consistent because today they hit it out of the park. So delicious!

First of all, I would like to start this with my words, I do not mean any harm to the workers in this institution. I just want to share my experience. it was terrible! I came here, with three others at 5. we didn't sit by 7. that's two hours waiting, and not just that people were sitting in front of us who just came in. the people were sitting on tables waiting for the employees and the people who were incredibly misplaced. as my group and I finally sat, I noticed numerous people smoking and evaping. this was not only inside, but also outside when there was clearly a smoke sign. as someone with asthma, that was incredibly dangerous for my health. there was also an incredibly drunk man who disturbed numerous people at different tables. at the music station, the people were thrown onto the stage and the man who offered them had to tell them that they should stop. that brings me to the manager. I don't know who this person is, but I can just say I miss the old administration. Last year was beautiful. in this year was absolutely disappointing. I was scattered to see how unorganized everything was. in the did, the only nice worker who visited our needs was a girl with hot pink clips. she was very friendly! she deserves a raise! the manager on the other side was extremely disastrous for her, he was sitting when it was supposed to be her. it has thrown off her schedule. Finally, I would just like to say that I am deeply disappointed at what I experienced tonight. I won't go back until the manager gets his act together. for tonight it was not! and if I could give 0 stars that I would have, but that is not possible, I would give a 1st thank you, etc.

This was my first time dining at the restaurant, and I really enjoyed it. The service was excellent, and the food was exceptional. I definitely want to go back!

It used to eat the favorite place of my family and have family time. since new management came in the fantastic waiting staff who know us with names are no longer there and it takes forever to wait and this service is terrible. the food was always so fresh, but the last couple of times we went to eat delicious as bagged precooked meat, but nevertheless the price has doubled. the last time the manager waited for us, he got our order completely wrong. he never apologised and never corrected the ticket, so when we said something, he sent a girl who doesn't speak English to our table and never came back, which tells me he's a crook and tries to cheat people. these renovations will not prevent people from running away when they continue to offer terrible service and bad quality food.

Only got 2 stars cause the food was decent and the staff really did try but every time I turned around it was lack luster…. Heard thru one of the employees that the new management is at faultI sat at the bar and unfortunately for me the management thinks there’s no need for a bartender so the waitress that’s busy waiting tables has to come tend to the bar in betweenThe restaurant is centered around the bar because even the tables are ordering drinks…those poor women are being ran like dogs
