Pizza Hut - Opelousas

I placed my order using the app and then decided to add more items to it. When I arrived, a young lady greeted me and asked for the name on the order. A young man, who was taking pizzas out of the oven, kindly chimed in and let her know that he had seen my second order and was already boxing it up before I could even say anything. I was really impressed by their professionalism, especially given their age. They seemed to genuinely enjoy their work.

I've been ordering pizza from here for a long time, but the last pizza I received was really disappointing. It was so greasy that the entire pie was soaked in oil. The taste was so unpleasant that I won't be ordering pizza for a while. I am truly disgusted by how much the quality of the food at Creswell Lane Pizza Hut has declined.

I payed $11.01, waited 15 minutes, just for the guy to give me HALF of a pasta, with barely any cheese when I ordered extra cheese. I don 't know who he is, but he was working under Peter .

We ordered a medium meat lovers pizza. I asked them to double the meat and add peppers. When we picked up our order it was a pizza that barely had meat on it. Called the store and the manager and general manager (so they claimed) were very rude. I paid for the extra toppings and didn’t get them. We live in the next town over and they wanted us to stop the kids from eating and bring the pizza back to them approximately 15 miles away. We tried to communicate that we couldn’t just stop feeding our kids to return a pizza that they had already started eating. All we wanted was understanding that an error was made and maybe a store credit for that extra toppings that we paid for. Instead we got a rude and ghetto so-called manager who has no understanding of what customer service is. Pizza Hut needs to train their employees a lot better. Pizza Hut is officially off of our weekend treat restaurants. BTY we also ordered a large super supreme pizza.

We absolutely love the New York-style pizza! The staff at the Creswell location are always friendly and polite.
