It's not just a restaurant with a beautiful view on the mountains, it's also a premier school in Provans. Organic products, most of which are grown on the same farm, are used with such a fantasy and art, which I first realized why the church is sinful) You can pray for such food! If you decide to visit Provans, you must come here, you will be honored by this place - the most delicious meal, carefully chosen wine, the incredibly beautiful view, even the beauty of the kitchen, where every plate wants to take pictures from all directions to take some magic with you. You'll be sitting on the street at a long table in the shadows of trees and looking at the mountains. You know, at this point, I realized I'd be back in Provans and I hope not again. P.S. Thanks to our friends, we discovered a place where it makes good living and eating.Joyce, concocted us a soup that deserves the detour. Then we tasted a parsley root purée (yes you hear well), excellent purée accompanied by a count of forgotten vegetables, and to finish a dessert type tiramisu based on orange, green tomato orange liqueur, short, an explosion in the mouth. without forgetting the homemade bread and its original aperitif.
