DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR AT THE CARLS JR PARKING LOT. They have been towing cars for the past month or maybe longer.There is a worker there that calls the towing company to get all cars towed. My car was towed about a month ago. I was a Carl’s Jr clientAnd I had purchased my meals and took my kids to walk and when I came back my car had been towed. Very unjustified and the workers at Carl’s Jr were laughing. Other people had their car towed too and they said a lady in a grey Toyota Corolla was calling the tow company to get these cars towed. Not only that I have seen the tow truck drivers talk to the Carl’s Jr employees. They have a connection and definitely the Carl’s Jr employees are getting a bonus for all these cars reported.Today 3/3 I saw a tow truck tow a car. How does the tow truck company know if these cars are Carl’s Jr clients or not??Think about it.! Carl’s Jr employees are callingThese cars in and they need to be investigated ASAP! This is fraud !!

I came for a quick meal on 2/10/24 at around 5:30. I just wanted a burger combo and the girl who took my order did not seem happy at all and almost looked annoyed. I ordered the combo meal meaning I should be getting a burger, side of fries, and a cup. She charged me for a combo meal and only gave me the burger. I went up a couple times politely asking for the cup and the fries. She gave me a creepy smile and then gave the items reluctantly. She honestly disturbed me.

I entered the restaurant with the intention of dining in, only to encounter an employee whose demeanor was quite rude, leading to our abrupt dismissal from the premises without any apparent justification.
